How to call

1. Internal numbers.

If you have registered with phone number (SMS verification) your internal number is the same, but without “+”.

For example, during the registration you have entered +1 1234567890. Your internal Sipmobile number will be 11234567890.

For email verification internal phone numbers are assigned from Sipmobile database and begins with 991. For example 9911001000.

Calls and SMS between internal numbers are always free.

2. International numbers.

For international calls you must use prefix “+”. Press and hold for some time zero “0”. And it will become “+”.

Number format is +(Country code)(Number).

Available country codes:

+1 – USA and Canada

+44 – UK

+49 – Germany

+33 – France

+38 – Italy

+61 – Australia

+86 – China

Please note – in many European countries local country numbers starts with zero “0”. For international calls this zero must be skipped.

For example on the site of Sorbonne University we can see the number +33 (0) 1 40 46 22 11.

For international calls valid number is +33 1 40 46 22 11 (zero is skipped).

For calls from a French phone the number is 01 40 46 22 11.

3. Voice mail.

You can use Voice Mail system The number is 2000Voice menu allows you to record greetings, list and play recorded messages.

Before using you must configure some call forwards:

Enable Call Forward on Busy by dialling *90*2000, disable – #90

Enable Call Forward on Timeout e.g. after 30 seconds of ringing – *92*2000, disable #92

Enable Call Forward on Not Available – *93*2000, disable #93
